We do not process orders on the weekends AS we are CLOSED every Saturday & sunday. All online orders received before 5:00 pm are processed within 48 hours.

We ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If you are not home to sign for your package, please ensure that someone else is. USPS or UPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. Please note that no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If an order is returned to us, you MUST pay for the order to be reshipped.
